SLPAD IE3 PAD-MOUNTED PREMIUM EFFICIENCY MOTOR
The S&L Africa SLPAD IE3 is a pad-mounted, premium efficiency cast iron electric motor specifically engineered for high-vibration, dirty, and aggressive mining and hazardous environments. Certified to SANS 60079 and IEC 60079 standards for both surface and underground applications, this totally enclosed air-cooled (TEFC) motor delivers an output range from 4kW to 75kW. It features a robust design that includes IP66 dust and water-tight protection, high-quality SKF sealed bearings, Class H insulation with a cooler Class B temperature rise, and 1.5 m heavy-duty fly-leads enclosed in a robust sprag sleeve. Finished with a premium 2-pack epoxy paint for advanced corrosion resistance, the SLPAD IE3 is highly optimized for continuous duty in demanding air-movement, HVAC, refrigeration, and extraction applications.
