The S&L Africa SLMV is a heavy-duty, maximum-efficiency premium mining motor engineered to deliver exceptional reliability and long service life in critical high-power applications. Available in TEFC or CACA cooling configurations, this robust motor handles massive power requirements with an output range spanning from 185kW to 5000kW and high-voltage options from 3.3kV up to 11kV. It features a rugged frame design (H355–H630), an IP55 protection rating, and an optimized thermal design incorporating heavy-duty Class F or H insulation restricted to a cooler Class B temperature rise.
